The Desk

My friend had a desk she was throwing out. So I fixed it and

painted it. I also put some cute handles on it. Good as

new and way way cute.

Butterfly House

This is the Butterfly House. I made it for a dear, dear firend.

So it is not going to be for sale. But I will make another.

Just a little info. This is painted with Kilz and than it has a

clear coat on top so that it can sit outside all year long.

It is handpainted and no stencils were used. This has been

my favorite so far. It took me a week. And I have

loved to see it come to an end. They say when you start

creating your own artwork it is hard to sell some of your

pieces. I'm so glad this is going to my great friend

so I can still see it all the time.

Let me tell you aboutg last night. Jack tells me that

he is not excited to start school. He said he is nervous.

So.....this morning about 2am he comes in and said he

can't sleep. He was awake until 2:45. Than he wakes

up about 4am and has wet MY bed. So we get everything

cleaned up. And now he is hungry. So he eats a tortilla.

It is now 4:15 and the alarm goes off at 6:30am.

If he makes it through school without falling asleep

I'll be happy. He was worse last night than I am

on Christmas Eve.

Are these Grandpas?

Saw these at a garage sale. Jack thought they were

funny. So we took a picture.

Icee Stand

Just a little info. I haven't told a lot of people. I'm a stay at home mom officially. It's only been a week. I love it. I did apply for the middle school girls basketball coach. And it looks like I will get the position. It is only 3 months out of the year. And I'm very excited. So ha ha Mom, you never thought all those years (11) would pay off. Well here I go..... Anyway, I have a friend who is opening a craft store. It will be full of homemade crafts from ladies in the area. So this is why I am doing the birdhouses. And having so much fun. So please give your honest opinion and any suggestions is welcome. Also I have no idea how much to charge for them. So I will posting pictures of my newest birdhouse hopefully everyday. So here is my latest. It was a lot of fun and it took me all day....

The Bait Shop.... I love this one.

Jack's cabin. All of this was his idea. He wanted the

river. And he made a dog house and flower pot. So cute.

Not sure what to call this. But the little fence in the front

is made out of sticks out of my yard. Any suggestions of

cute additions are welcome.
