Summertime Heat

Our new puppy really likes laying on the vent

when the air conditioner is blowing.

Lady and Oscar are being out watchdogs.

It has been so HOT today. Oh and humid.

So that makes it feel even hotter and your

clothes and skin wet and sticky.

We went to a friends house today and they have a HUGE

backyard. They have pond and a rope to swing on

and jump into the pond. Jack had a lot of fun.

ZIPLINE

The zipline is done. Jack was a little scared

at first but now he loves it.

So now I'm scared.

And this makes #4

Jack will soon be surviving on Jello, Pudding, and soup.

Yesterday his friend kicked him in the face (on accident)

and knocked his tooth really loose. So this morning we

tied some dental floss around it and Nana pulled it out.

Today we went out to eat and Jack just stuck the straw through

the hole. Oh and he learned to whistle. Only four more

to go, and all his baby teeth will be gone.

The Treehouse

Jack was so excited about the Tree House. And Matt was just upset that he didn't get to help build it. We are going to add a zip line and a roof later. So I will keep you updated with pictures on all the new additions. Eventually we will live in it.....Kansas Family Robinsons...

AHHHH! So nice on a hot summer day. Jack and his

friend Carson relaxing in the pool.

The Treehouse

Matt has been working in Dodge City since Monday

and Jack is in Colorado with his cousins. So I have been

building this cool tree house since Monday. I just have a

few final touches tomm. and it will be completed. That's

right all by myself. I set the posts two feet in the ground

and secured them with cement. Yes that means I had to

dig the holes by hand. Needless to say every muscle in

my body is sore. Jack and Matt know nothing about this

so they will be suprised when they see it.
